Formerly with Arthur Andersen LLP and a Tax Consultant for KPMG Exempt Organizations, Tina Bolden is a Tax Consultant with Robert Hall & Associates, as well as an instructor of the IRS Exam Class.
As an Enrolled Agent, she is licensed to represent clients in all 50 states, and internationally, before the Internal Revenue Service.
She has been preparing tax returns and tax consulting for over 20 years; and, one of her accomplishments has been unveiling an error that saved her publicly traded client over $6.2M in tax liabilities. In addition, she is comfortable guiding clients to “no-change audit procedures” with the Internal Revenue Service.
In addition to her former private practice, she is a graduate of John F Kennedy University, a Law School, Institute of Entrepreneurial Leadership Program with Dr. Deju and his leadership team at JFK University in Pleasant Hill, California.
Tina is an IRS Exam Class Trainer to aspiring entrepreneurs and other professionals (Executives, Controllers, and Certified Financial Planners) who wish to become Enrolled Agents.
Tina is, also, the Founding President, and, now, Executive Director of “The Pearls of Wisdom, Inc”a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization where she has a training program to help girls and women between the ages of 15 – 25 to become successful entrepreneurs by providing them with the successful entrepreneurial strategies, Investment Counseling, and mentoring to fulfill their “Passion in Life”.
Her philanthropic program has been a major success, and she has been published in several articles regarding her accomplishments. Now, she is a member of the Soroptimist International, where she is an international and local member giving grants and scholarships to girls and women.
Tina’s dedication extends to philanthropy as a member of her local church, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority for over 25 years, Soroptimist International, all while providing grants and scholarships to women and girls worldwide. An engaging speaker, she has addressed universities, accounting societies, and private clients, sharing insights on tax strategies and financial growth.
When Tina isn’t in the office, she’s probably with her beautiful family, bicycling in San Diego or at the Santa Monica Pier, or a local beach.
