Son of Bob Hall, Stephen Hall is the second generation President of the family tax consulting firm. Growing up immersed in the family’s tax business, Stephen Hall learned early on the challenges businesses faced navigating the complex tax system. His desire to help grow small businesses in his community led Stephen to a degree in Business Administration from USC.

Not stopping there, Stephen increased his skill set by becoming an Enrolled Agent. As an Enrolled Agent, Stephen is a federally licensed tax practitioner who has demonstrated technical knowledge in the field of taxation. As such, he is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers for audits, collections, and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service.  Over the years, Stephen Hall has advised, represented, and prepared tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts and any other entity with tax-reporting requirements.

When he is not aiding businesses and individuals with their taxes, Stephen enjoys playing soccer with his 2 children, and rooting for the USC football team.
